Agreement
By contacting mxstermind Studio or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. A written scope document signed or confirmed in writing (Discord/Telegram) governs each specific project and takes precedence over this page where they differ.
Services
We provide bespoke brand, web, and growth services on a project or retainer basis. Deliverables, timelines, and investment are defined per engagement — there are no fixed packages on mxstermind.com.
Payments
Payment terms are set in each scope document. We accept crypto (USDC, BTC, LTC) and work with approved escrow middlemen on listed forums. Milestone payments are due before subsequent work begins unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions
Revisions within the agreed scope are included at defined milestones. Requests outside scope require a change order with updated timeline and cost.
Refunds
Work completed and delivered is non-refundable. Escrow arrangements protect both parties per the agreed milestone structure. If we fail to deliver a scoped milestone, remedy is completion of work or refund of that milestone — not prior completed work.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you receive ownership of custom deliverables (design files, code, assets) as specified in your scope. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a mutual NDA restricts it.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely feedback, assets, and access needed for delivery. Delays on your side may shift timelines. You represent that materials you supply do not infringe third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice per the scope document. You pay for work completed through the termination date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your scope document, or otherwise by the laws applicable to the operator of mxstermind Studio.
