From agency site to operator console
mxstermind started as a bespoke studio brand — portfolio, services, gold serif. The product that mattered was always the console: morning brief, ventures, LeadForge. We stopped pretending the marketing site was the company and shipped the Founder OS as the company.
dash.mxstermind.com is the product. mxstermind.com is the story. Same green design system now — no identity break on signup.
This post tracks what shipped in ten sprints, not a hype timeline. If a feature is listed here, it exists in the repo.
Sprints 1–5: conversational, paid, automated, viral-ready
Sprint 1 (Elevation): role chat live, Developer role, cinematic Command, retention banners, session recap. Sprint 2: Stripe checkout, public /[handle] pages, role tools, PWA.
Sprint 3: Schedules, integrations hub, Gmail sequences, client portal, analytics. Sprint 4: Referrals, workflows, memory, Content Studio, handoffs.
Sprint 5: White-label tenants, public API v1, brief v2, Sentry/PostHog, launch waitlist. Gap closure wired referral activation, Gmail send, and error boundaries.

Sprints 7–10: coherence and compounding
Sprint 7: Landing terminal hero, 3-step onboarding with live brief, progressive unlock, ventures split-panel. Sprint 8: Journal, brief-to-done tasks, focus mode, settings hub.
Sprint 9: Moment engine with OG cards, community feed, leaderboard rank notifications, content calendar. Sprint 10: pgvector embeddings, semantic search, pattern insights, role knowledge, synthesis dashboard.
Remaining operator work: Stripe and OpenAI secrets, migrations 039–050 in prod, Product Hunt screenshots. Track gaps in audit/PRODUCT-GAPS.md.
